If they impeach JD Vance first, and then Trump, the speaker of the House will become president. And if whomever becomes President in place of Trump serves more than 2 years in that role, they will only be able to run for 1 more term.
I would love to see that too but I don't have faith in the Democrats to make such a decision. There are far too many of them content with the status quo which is good for both campaign and, shall we call it personal, fundraising.

Hardly an improvement. I think Vance will be president by the end of the year, I am just not sure if he will be the one in power.
If they manage to impeach Vance/Trump it will be because the speaker of the house is a Democrat. Hopefully AOC! (I'd vote for her if I could!)
